I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there are no such magical fruits. (Smoking wouldn’t be injurious if fruits were the solution, right?)
If you have smoked ever, one drag one day or 15 cigarettes every day, most of the tar that enters your lungs is there to stay. The tissue damage it does is permanent.
This is the reason why when smokers develop lung diseases (like bronchitis and emphysema), the therapy is directed toward managing the symptoms and rehabilitation than toward clearing the lungs of the tar deposits. The latter is just not possible.
The tar sort of becomes like a permanent tattoo that you never wanted or would probably grow to regret.
The best you can do, however, is to cease smoking.
Not making it worse is, in a way, making things better.
It is never too late.
